LetterStream can still mail your letters on these special USPS holidays. *Additionally, LetterStream will be closing at noon on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve this year. The Postal Service has a history of closing early on Christmas Eve. If you plan to visit your local post office on Christmas Eve, we recommend giving them a call to make sure they are still open. Here at T-Mobile we strive to not only meet deadlines, but to be ahead of them. Recently, we had a bit of a slowdown in getting tracking numbers to beat the deadlines and weren't sure what to do. Luckily for us, Robert had sent out a follow up days before, to see how we were enjoying our experience. We sent out an email explaining our predicament. Not only did he respond that same day to the email, but the next work day we had a custom solution! He saved me and T-Mobile so much time, easily 2-3 hours a week, with the tracking numbers alone. Not to mention all the assistance LetterStream is providing with sending out certified hard copy letters. LetterStream has made our lives easier, and more importantly, more efficient.
