A Few of the Available Options:
- Single sided or duplex (double-sided) printing
- White or colored paper
- Black or colored printing (ink)
- Return or remittance envelope insertion (with or without pre-applied) postage stamp
- Message on envelope (endorsement line)
- #10 Envelope can fit up to (14) pages (need more? Use the Flat 9″x12″ envelope option)
- Add USPS Certified tracking for a fee
A Few Features:
- Addresses are on the document.
- The addresses show through the windows of the envelope. (Coversheet option available at additional cost)
- Often used for Bills and Statements
- CSV file can be provided OR Data can be already merged into the document by you.
- #10 (standard business size) envelope with two windows for document content to show through.
Pricing Options:
- Pricing INCLUDES printing, folding, insertion, AND postage
- USPS First-Class mail starts at $1.18 ea. (single sided, BW)
- 6¢ for additional side black and white printing.
- 12¢ for additional sheet with black ink on one side.
- 3¢ for color paper
- 20¢ per printed side for full color printing
- 15¢ for a return envelope
- 93¢ for a return envelope with a first-class stamp
- Add as many sheets as necessary.
- Add 28¢ for each additional ounce (we’ll help you determine that)
- Add USPS Certified Mail tracking starting at $7.84 ea.
